About this property

Beautiful 2 Bedroom 3 Full Bath Condo with Attached Garage

This second floor condo has a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious family room with comfortable sofas, full bathroom off the family room, cable TV, air conditioning in every room and fiber optic internet. The property is a 15 to 20 minute drive to the center of La Fortuna.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, a large custom wood closet and flat-screen TV.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, custom wood closet, large wood dresser, flat-screen TV, desk and a private patio with beautiful views. The condo has an attached two car garage with an automatic opener.

The condo community has eight condos, a large pool area, several social areas and a nice massage room. Our community also has several common areas. There is a refreshing large pool, a roofed jacuzzi, an unattended bar area and a large second floor lounge room overlooking the pool. There are a few large decks where you can practice yoga or just sit back and relax.

There are (2) one bedroom one bath condos, (2) one bedroom two bath condos (1) one bedroom two bath condo, (1) two bedroom three bath condo, (1) three bedroom three bath condo and (1) four bedroom four and a half bath condo. All the condos are available for rent both short and long-term. You can also rent out the entire property for a business event, wedding or family reunion. The condo community is located near the heart of the rainforest. It is a fourteen acre secure gated condominium complex. The community is surrounded by breathtaking open areas. There is a large back area where you can exercise, do yoga, or meditate in the middle of the jungle. There is also a half mile paved walking trail with beautiful views of the majestic Arenal Volcano and Cerro Chato, perfect for a relaxing hike, peaceful walk or challenging jog.

We strive to offer our guests a peaceful and private vacation. The condo community is a short 15 to 20 minute drive to La Fortuna.

This place is a hidden gem! It was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was always in contact with us and the on-site manager was always available for whatever we needed. Private parking, gated property, a 1/2 mile walking trail with a stream….truly a gem.

From pre-stay to departure the property owner provided thorough and timely communication. The property was clean, spacious, and tucked into a beautiful area of La Fortuna. The apartment was great spacious and very clean. Gregory was attentive and very helpful with any requests we had. Santos was very helpful even he is only Spanish and we were only English, we still communicated with each other. Everyone should know that the facility is 25 min outside of La Fortuna other than that a great place to stay great pool and a little hiking in the back of property

Highly recommend!!!! This place (Serenity) is truly phenomenal and we could not have asked for better accommodations!!! The owner, Greg, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again! The property is gated and each unit has a private garage. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub and the privacy was a plus! Cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

Amazing Property!

Loved our stay at this amazing gated oasis. Beautiful condo and incredible grounds. Owner was so very helpful and responsive within minutes. Property manager on site who toured us around the property and was there if we had needed anything. Unit was wonderful- large kitchen, beautiful finishes. Paved walking path in the back with lots of wildlife to see. The pictures don’t do this place Justice. We’re definitely coming back!

If this property is on your list, look no further.

This is a “one of a kind” property. Everything from the construction of the condos to the open space and walking path, there is much attention to detail. We even sat at the far gazebo in the mornings and we’re lucky enough to see the Toucans fly into the trees. It was surreal. The entire property is clean and very well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were in 100% perfect condition. The host is the most responsive and accommodating that we have ever worked with. You can tell he has his heart and soul into this creation. Very much feels like it’s his pride and joy. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give the experience an 11.
