Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, campfire site, and courtyard.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room 20 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, TV and DVD. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at folding bed, fireplace and TV. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed, fireplace and TV. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace.
Lower floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. 70 programs in German.


Location
Somogyvár. The holiday home is situated on a 7,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
