Welcome to the beach salon app. 3 in Zingst.

The newly renovated and exclusively furnished small apartment (approx. 40m ²) is located on the ground floor of the very well-kept residential complex Ostseeresidenz directly on the beach, near the bike path.

The non-smoking apartment is optimally designed for the stay of 1-2 people and also meets the needs of older guests. (Dogs are allowed on request)

The lovingly designed apartment has a large, cozy, bright living / sleeping area, which is optically separated. The sleeping area is equipped with a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) with duvets and pillows, a velvety armchair area, TV flat screen, radio, electric fireplace and reading facilities.
Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob (4), fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and oven are provided in the separate, modern kitchen.
The dining area is equipped with a large table, which stands directly in front of the large panoramic window with a great view towards the dike and the beach. In front of the window is the small terrace of the apartment with seasonal furniture. There is a washing machine in the nicely designed shower room with toilet.
A large built-in cupboard offers plenty of storage space. Picnic basket, picnic blanket, beach shell, board games, umbrellas and a small dog outfit for free use complete the offer in the apartment.
A parking space number 3 is available in the courtyard of the residential complex and can be used free of charge.
In the vicinity of the Baltic Sea residence there is a large Edeka market, a swimming pool, the Zingster sports beach and the dog beach (beach entrance 3).
The town center can be reached on foot in 12 minutes.
