Cormoran B4 is a beautifully renovated condo, second story corner unit, with private patio overlooking lush gardens.
The Cormoran complex is located in the Las Palmas neighborhood. We are three blocks to beach access and coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Approximately 10 minute walk to the main street in Playas del Coco.
Enjoy community amenities like a refreshing pool, rancho pavilion, tranquil gardens, with shared washer/dryer. This condo is perfect for a vacation, family getaway, or workcation!
The primary bedroom as a king bed, ample wardrobe space, and full bathroom.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be combined to make a second king bed) and ample wardrobe space and shared full bathroom.
Beach towels and toys are available for use.
Living room includes an extremely comfortable coach and a 50" TV, with a Roku for your favorite streaming.
Kitchen includes full size fridge, oven and microwave. Fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
