Featuring a beach access, a rooftop deck w/stunning views, and a shared beach deck w/ lounge chairs. The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you here! This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! Note: there is a ladder/steep steps leading up to the rooftop. There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below below
The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but the rooftop has full water views and the house itself is on the waterfront. Note that there is a ladder/steep steps leading up to the rooftop. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room/dining room, a large private rooftop deck, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The unit also features a shared beach access and beach deck with lounge chairs. In the summer, turn on the AC if needed. In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice & warm. You will enjoy watching the stunning bay views from the rooftop deck or from the beach deck!

No parties allowed. This is not a party house. We have other renters in the house.
Pets must be housebroken, not bark a lot, and be safe around furniture. Don't leave any poop bags outside. Pet fee for short term stays: $150/week.
Please open the windows and turn on the fan if you plan on cooking with smoke. We have wired smoke alarms throughout the house.

The house is situated on the bay side of the popular, pedestrian and bike friendly Commercial St, yet away from the busy & fun downtown (5 mins away by foot). The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!

The Karilon House is a family owned property since 1963. My sister, my mother and I have been coming to this house every summer of our lives! This house has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group.
