Paradise Village Marina View easy access 1 bedroom condo

This one bedroom and one bath condominium is located behind Paradise Village Mall at the entrance to Paradise Village Resort. The Marina Residences Condominiums are all privately owned yet still have have maid service, security 24/7 and a property manager and concierge on site 6 days per week. Rental price includes access to the private Marina Residence pool, palapas, grills, boccie ball and shuffle board. The public beach is a short uber ride or 20 minute walk.

One of the best things about our location is the mall, which is right next door. You will find authentic two Mexican restaurants, as well as Subway, Dominoes Pizza, McDonald's, Gelato, a grocery store, bank and even a Starbucks.

The unit is clean, the kitchen was remodeled in 2022 and the entire unit is thoughfully equipped for a enjoyable short or long term stay. (Most of our regular tenants rent monthly) Rental includes all utilities, weekly maid service, cable tv, dedicated fiber wifi, washer and dryer, linens and a well equipped kitchen to make cooking easier.

Cozy Apartment in Paradise

The apartment is cozy and has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The property is well maintained and there is staff on site. It is located next to a Marina and a shopping center is only steps away. The pool is close to the property. Public beach access is nearby.

Nice complex, great location.

We stayed in this unit for two months this winter. We knew the area having stayed in the time share for 20 years. We found this unit and decided to rent it sight unseen. The comlex is wonderful, it has so many amenities all around. There is a nice pool area, although it needs a few more palapas for the busy months. We had a great time and the unit was just ok. We would not stay there again. First of all, the unit is on the parking lot, so there is no privacy from people walking by or cars driving in and dropping people off at the lobby. The patio has a hedge around it so you cannot see anything and the cheap plastic patio furniture gets old after awhile. Because it is on the ground floor we were unable to leave the patio doors open at night, therefore it would be warm and to save money to the owners we tried not to run the ac. I'm pretty sure the living room furniture is original from day one and extremely uncomfortable. There are two tv's but neither worked well, the picture and sound were terrible. I know when you are on vacation you are suppose to be outside, however, it is nice see what is going on in the news too. The washer had to be repaired and that was after two or three visits by the maintenance fellow. The kitchen was well stocked but the coffee maker was on its last legs. It worked but slowly and with much noise. Our biggest regret about renting this unit is that we were unable to use the beach in the area. Unless the owners own the Social Membership, the renters are not allowed to use the beach unless you buy a $12.00 US Daily fee to enter the beach club. This is totally ludicrous, so be sure to ask before you rent in this complex. Although nothing stopped us from having a great two months away from our winter we will continue to seek different accommodation next year. We love Puerto Vallarta and especially Nuevo.

This was our third year in this condo, and like the other two, we had a great time. The internet, which was upgraded since last year, was excellent. The fan on the patio was also greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our stay next year.

Great Month In Nuevo

We just returned from a months stay at this condo. This is our second time staying here, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. The owner, Heather, is great to deal with, and is very prompt at responding to emails. The condo is exactly as advertised and suits our needs perfectly. The location is awesome, with shopping, restaurants, buses and the airport nearby. If you like to walk or run, there are many different routes you can take. We spent a fair amount of time hanging around the pool, where we met some wonderful people (many return at the same time each year). We are already looking forward to returning next year.

clean simple and close to all the amenities. main floor, close to front door and car roundabout facing the marina. I stayed the next week in another unit and it was horrible, so in comparison this unit is obviously well taken care of by the owners! if I had a small complaint I would say that the wifi was not so great, its kinda hit and miss in this area anyway so no reflection on the unit, just really hard to connect. I would definitely recommend this unit for a single or couple, large king bed fully furnished, washer dryer (its important to have!!) bathroom is huge (no tub) I will rent again upon availability in a heartbeat!

Great Condo In Nuevo Vallarta

This is a very nice condo in the Marina Residences near the Paradise Village resort. My two young children and I stayed here a week and enjoyed the pool and other facilities of the Paradise Village resort. This condo is also very close to the Paradise Plaza mall, which has a great supermarket, a few good restaurants, Starbucks, a bank, and some decent shopping. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Marina Residences Condo

My pregnant wife, my 2 year old son and I spent a whole week, and it was a wonderful time of rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the pool, which is nice and clean, and the condo is beautiful, clean and well-equipped; it has also that is necessary for some good vacations. The location is very good, close to one of the best beaches in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also excellent to have a mall just a few steps away, because it has restaurants and a supermarket that makes life easier. The owner, Heather, was always very kind in orienting us and making the proper arrangements so we did not have any problem. We want to go back, if God allows!

I stayed in this condo from January 12,2014 until April 16,2014 and enjoyed my stay. I am leasing this condo again this next season also. The condo is very nice and very conveniant to about anything you would like to do. The shopping plaza is a very short walking distance and the staff there really were very nice and helpful. The owner, Heather, is very pleasant to talk to and made the leasing process quite easy. I would highly recommend this unit for a great time in Mexico.

Paradise Village Rental

THis condo was perfect for my wife and I as we were hoping for a relaxing vacation, but with options nearby for fun and adventure. The condo was clean, equipped, and relaxing! Also, it is close to the best beach in the area, a grocery store, restaurants, and opportunities for excursions in the area. It was also easy to pick up a bus into town. The staff at Marina Residences were always friendly and available.

My parents bought this unit when it was new and retired down there for 6 glorious years. We inherited it several years ago and have lots of fabulous memories from the beach, the pool and gelato at the mall. We are sure you will enjoy our little slice of Paradise.
