Playa Royale is a Luxury 5 Star gated 24 hour security beach front development with fabulous views. Sandy beach that stretches for miles is right outside your front door! Two pools to swim and enjoy all the fun in the sun (pools heated in winter) So beautiful, you’ll know that you are in Paradise and may never want to leave.
You will be amazed at the great views and spectacular sunsets. The tranquil setting and world class gardens are IDEAL for relaxing before strolling along the beach.

Property located near: Paradise Village, Paradise Mall, Nuevo Vallarta marina, El Tigre Country club with championship golf course, Spa Paraiso, Sports complex and more... So shopping is practically at walking distance or a short complimentary shuttle ride to Paradise Plaza (free shuttle service come every 30 mints)

Fitness enthusiasts have an optional to join El Tigre world class county club with access to gym/spa Social Membership for a fee. This membership includes the use of all facilities including gym, spa area, tennis, pickleball, Pádel, swimming lap pool, weight room, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, lockers, shower facilities, juice bar and restaurant. It also allows a discount for the Championship Golf Course on site called El Tigre! (SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP FOR 14 NIGHT STAYS AND LONGER)

Playa Royale, the best resort condos in Nuevo Vallarta

We always enjoy coming back to this condo in Playa Royale. It's like new, well equipped and comfortable, and it's the perfect setting for a great Mexican vacation. We're right in the centre of all the area amenities and on the bus route to Puerto Vallarta, a short ride away.

The perfect amount.

DISCLAIMER: Covid times, so, some things were obviously off. We really enjoyed our time here at the Playa Royale, everything was just the right size, not too big but never crowded. The decor of the room really made you feel on vacation and not just in some cookie-cutter resort room. We especially enjoyed the table outside for sunset dinners. There is a Starbucks and a little grocery store walking distance and if you just want to stick around the property you can relax in to bliss easily. The staff is very friendly and will help you out with anything you might need, or can't understand. Definitely will return!

Great property, great unit, great service

Listing meets all expectation and more, service arrangements was great. Property very clean, well groomed, with awesome staff all very professional. Great customer service by owner/rental agent. I have already shown relatives and highly recommend. Enjoyed beach restaurant next door for afternoon drinks, great food and billings direct to room. Very private and safe feeling around resort and Paradise Village area. Enjoy buying fresh tuna steaks, food, gifts, at open market. Stores and restaurant blocks away all with great service. Our visit was with 35 cousins staying at various resorts, all getting together with great fun with various resorts/restaurant/bars all providing great accommodation and service. Looking forward for another great reunion. R & G North of Toronto

I needed a safe place to stay while I was rescuing baby sea turtles as a volunteer at the nursery minutes away. I found the condo to be above and beyond my expectations. It was clean and welcoming. Paradise in PVR

I had a very easy time renting this unit from the owners, who just happen to be close friends of another friend of mine from Minnesota. I had stayed with my friend John, the previous year in his place at Playa Royale. I wanted to experience Playa Royale with my own place. It's a charming unit with great views of the children's pool and views of the ocean. But it's also a quiet retreat if you desire. My unit was a large studio, with full bath(shower), washer & dryer, full SS kitchen and table, large living room and an expansive patio. Each floor is serviced by elevator or very wide stairs. You can reserve large ocean view palapa's that have cooking grills(but have the staff start them for you). I can highly recommend this studio for a fun filled vacation for 2 adults. My daughter flew in from DCA, and stayed for 5 nights. Their was a roll up futon in the closet and she used that. It would be tight quarters for 2 adults and older children. This unit was very clean and tidy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Starbucks is a couple blocks walking to the south towards the marina.

My husband and I retired and live very happily ever after here in paradise. We have seen many people do as we did which always reassures us that we made the right decision. We do love it here, wouldn't change it for anything.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to this area for the last 30 years and decided this is the perfect place to retire as well as to vacation. This area is quiet and we find all we need nearby. There is no comparison to the beautiful sandy beach we enjoy here, it starches for miles. Since we live here most of the year we handle the rental directly, personalize service, our only objective is that the traveler enjoys their stay and leaves with wonderful memories.

What makes this property unique

The gardens in this property are amazing.
No other property includes so many amenities.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
