• Spectacular nightly sunsets in the back, at our west-facing screened lanai that overlooks a tranquil pond
• The indoor-outdoor feel in the living space, bringing uninterrupted lake views and natural light inside. Made possible by the all-around glass windows in the living room

• All-new furniture throughout (living room, bedrooms, loft, dining, kitchen, lanai)
• Kitchen with new electric stove/oven and RO drinking water system
