This spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled in a friendly, welcoming neighborhood known for its long-term residents and family-oriented atmosphere. Surrounded by Idaho’s natural beauty, the property offers lush greenery, mature trees, and open spaces that create a peaceful, authentic rural setting—while still being close to town conveniences.

🌿 The Property & Setting

This home sits on a working farm, offering guests a rare opportunity to enjoy a true mini-farm experience. The back 3 acres are open for guest enjoyment, perfect for walking, relaxing, and taking in the sights and sounds of country life.

The property includes:

Approximately 40 free-range chickens

Three rabbits living in a colony within the carport area

One friendly rabbit that roams freely and may approach guests—especially if food is involved

A large, fenced, and irrigated garden

An orchard with seasonal fruit

Bee hives supporting the garden and orchard

While pigs have been part of the farm in past years, they will not be on the property next season. The farm will continue operating, and when available, guests may enjoy fresh eggs, fruit, and vegetables, adding to the authentic farm-stay charm.

🚜 Important Farm Safety & Boundaries

For the safety of both guests and animals:

Guests are NOT allowed in the chicken coop, rabbit enclosure, or any outbuildings

Please do not handle, feed, or chase animals

Farm equipment and enclosures are strictly off-limits

Aside from these restricted areas, guests are welcome to enjoy the open back acreage responsibly.

🛏️ The Home

Inside, the home offers ample space for families or groups, with five comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing room to relax after a day of exploring or enjoying the property. The layout is ideal for longer stays, family gatherings, or guests looking for a peaceful retreat with room to spread out.
