This was the second winter we stayed at Joy's home in Frisco, and our group had a very nice, comfortable stay in spite of the very low snow conditions. Excellent location, well maintained and spacious. Thanks, Joy!
This is our fourth year in a row staying at this house for the same weekend in February. The location is outstanding, very close to Frisco Village and perfectly situated if you are planning to ski in Breck, Keystone, Vail or Beaver Creek. The house is excellent and comfortable for a group of friends or families, especially with its six bedroom. The host is exceptional, responsive and welcoming.
Joys house was perfect for our group. The house was spacious and very well stocked. Everyone had a space for themselves. There were a ton of options for skiing which we loved. The view of mount buffalo and lake Dillon was gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again!
This lovely home was a fantastic home base for our family ski week. The non-skiers had lots of nearby activities as well.
The host was very responsive to our questions and all went smoothly.
I hope to return again.
This house on Lake Dillon was beautiful and conveniently located. The four bathrooms, and six bedrooms worked out well for the 10 adults staying for our family ski trip. We only had one minor issue with a window during the six day stay which was quickly remedied by the property manager. The house was comfortably furnished. We would definitely stay here again for our next family ski trip.
This was the perfect venue for our reunion of 10 adult family members. The home had an excellent balance between open common areas (very conducive to cocktails, meals and other larger gatherings) and smaller spaces for solo or subgroup use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, well-designed and spaced over two floors. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The large rear deck looks out on the Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. All in all, a wonderful place to spend our five nights in Summit County. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect in every way
We've stayed in this lovely home several times. The location can't be beat. We skied at the nordic center all morning and could come home for lunch, then back for sledding/tubing. The layout (2 family rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and 2 levels of bedrooms) is perfect for our family. We hope to go back to enjoy the lake in the summer!

Thank you for your wonderful comments. We love our mountain home and are so happy that other families get to enjoy it too! Having the Nordic Center so close is such an asset. We love to go sledding there.
We are a group of friends mainly from Hawaii who have been skiing together for many years. This was our first stay at Frisco and this home was awesome! Great location for Breck, Keystone, Vail and BC. It fit our group well, it was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us a lot of space, very comfortable! We look forward to future stays here.
Overall a great spot for our family trip. Lots of space, great large table where we could all sit together and play games. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable.
Only issues were that it was initially challenging to check in, but was figured out. The tenant upstairs was not very kind initially when we were trying to get into the property.
Our group of eight male adults appreciate that there were six bedrooms with nine beds. Three of the bedrooms had a queen or king bed, while the other three had two twin beds (not bunks). There were also four bathrooms which meant two individuals could share each of the bathrooms. Finding an affordable rental home with this many beds is not easy.
Each year a group of us from our ski patrol heads out west. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Joy's house in Frisco. It has plenty of individual beds for our group. It is a very high-end place right on Dillion reservoir. Must be nice the other seasons.
Joy was great to work with. I got hurt and she extended our check out time so that I could stay at the house while others in th group went skiing our last day.
I can’t say enough good things about joy and her place. Joy was a wonderful human to work with. We also ended up with canceled flights because of a terrible storm and the highways were shut and joy offered for us to stay longer, and it was excellent. The property is amazing. We were able to ski both Keystone and Breckenridge. We had little girls the age of eight with us and they had a blast. The house is big enough to accommodate plenty of people we were able to cook, good meals and play games and we had a great time. The heated garage was awesome for all of our ski equipment. I just really can’t thank joy enough. What a great human.
The house worked great for our group of 10 extended family. It was well-equipped and comfortable for our stay. The large deck with a view of the lake and the large dining table which could accommodate all of us were especially appreciated. The location was great - close to downtown Frisco and convenient to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone.
Awesome house. Very smart set up - w the 6 bedrooms can certainly do 3 families if needed. Would highly recommend.
