Wonderful place!! Will definitely stay again. Overall fairly clean. I cleaned the kitchen some when we got there but I am also a clean freak. Communication with the host was very good and they were very kind. Hot tub was awesome especially with our unexpected cold front. Quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay.

Quaint camper on private lot. Some minor quirks but overall a nice, clean place. About 9 miles from downtown Fredericksburg but the peace and solitude were a nice trade-off. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. It was private and large enough, and you can tell the owner takes pride in keeping it clean.

This was a great place to stay while visiting the area for the first time. The RV was clean and well kept. They were very good host making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this host. Very secluded but only about 15 min from Downtown Fredericksburg.
