It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests making it ideal for families looking to unwind at the Shore. The home has an open-concept kitchen, cozy living area, and fenced-in yard with outdoor dining. Parking for up to 4 cars and beach passes. Just a short walk or drive to the beach, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm!

First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, full bath, office with pullout sofa (sleeps 2), laundry room with washer and dryer.

Note: there is one flight of stairs required to access the first main level which includes a full size pull out sofa and shared bath.

Second Floor: 4 fully furnished bedrooms (king, queen, queen, 2 twin beds) and a full bath.

Additional notes:
- Minimum age to book is 25. Third party bookings (booking on behalf of someone else) is also not permitted.

- Six (6) beach badges are available for use ($75 fee for any lost badge).

- Please note that 1 flight of stairs is required to access the main living level. This level includes a bathroom and office/bedroom with pull-out couch.

- Sheets are provided for all beds. ***Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

- Smart TV and does not include cable.
