Thank you so much. We would love to have you back again when you have more time to spend in Kingman and can take advantage of our concierge services to guarantee an exceptional stay at our golf course getaway home. We strive for excellence and appreciate you saying such nice things about our property.
Excellent property! So many amenities included that we’ve not seen with other rentals. The welcome basket of goodies, numerous menus from dine in to take out restaurants, bikes/helmets, pull golf carts, laundry pods, and cold bottled water. The house was immaculately clean and we felt like we were at a resort with the TV on, playing spa like music, with a beautiful picture. The beds, pillows, and linens were new along with plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Great backyard with a fire pit bbq and gazebo with comfortable furniture. The location was very central and easy to get to. Safeway grocery store is 1/2 mile away and Walmart is just across the freeway from there. I highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you Jim and Kim for sharing your home with us!

What a review! Thank you so much! Reading this genuinely made our day. We work hard to make sure our guests have everything they need and then some, so knowing that all the extras stood out to you is so rewarding to hear.
We always want people to walk in and feel like they can immediately exhale and settle in -- not scramble to find things or make extra runs to the store. It sounds like that is exactly what happened, and that makes us so happy!
The backyard is one of our favorite features of the home, so we love hearing that you got to enjoy the fire pit and gazebo. There is nothing quite like unwinding outside after a full day of exploring.
We are so grateful you chose our home and took the time to leave such kind and detailed feedback. Reviews like yours help other travelers feel confident in their choice -- particularly since everyone has a choice when they travel -- and they remind us why we love hosting. We sincerely hope to see you back again. The welcome basket will be waiting!
This was truly a home away from home! Super comfortable, warm, inviting with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were easily accessible, if anything arose. It happened to be nice and close to where my family lives so it made it super convenient. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, making it very enjoyable no matter what time of day or night we were sitting outside. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat. Definitely worth the value compared to a cramped hotel room in the area.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review! "Home away from home" is such a high compliment and that is exactly the feeling we hope every guest walks away with.
We are so glad the location worked out perfectly for your visit with family nearby, and that the neighborhood allowed you to relax outside and soak it all in, day or night. That is truly one of the great things about a golf course home... neighbors appreciating and respecting the peace, quiet, and surrounding beauty!
And thank you for mentioning the value — we want our guests to feel like they get so much more than they would from a standard hotel stay, and it sounds like that came through for you. We know people have lots of choices when it comes to accommodations when traveling and are grateful you chose to stay with us.
It was a pleasure having you and we would absolutely love to welcome you back anytime your travels bring you to the area.
Thank you again for the kind words!
What a beautiful home. We loved being in the backyard it was so inviting. The amenities were spot on. Everything you may need is there, full kitchen for all your cooking needs. We loved the home and would love to stay here again. We are planning another trip now to Kingman.

Everything was smooth and clear and clean and communicative. It is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed to feel right at home from coffee to creamer to stevia (no one ever has stevia!) The location was perfect. walking distance to a Safeway. The patio was luxurious and even though we did not use it there is a firepit and a grill! Bedding was so comfortable and high end linens and towels. The house is bright and light and so very comfortable. Kim and Jim are immediately responsive and very professional. We will be back!
