Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In winter, set thermostat to 60 degrees when checking out. In summer, set thermostat at 80 degrees. Bring used bedding and towels downstairs to laundry room and leave on the floor.
Lock backdoor keypad by pressing the lock icon, making sure the inner doorknob lock is in the UNLOCK position or else it will override the electronic lock and won't lock from the outside.
Return physical key to lockbox on the front porch if used. Code is 2020.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
