Please note: We do not provide cooking ingredients, aluminum foil, or plastic food wraps due to sanitation policies.

- The dining table is expandable and seats up to 4.
- Current seating is for 2 and spare chairs are located in the “Solo Room” and the “Sunset Room.”
- Optional outdoor dining is available on the back patio.

- Beach towels can be provided upon request.
- A starter set of essentials (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap) is provided at check-in. For stays longer than 5 days or if supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items. We do not restock during your stay, as we cannot enter an occupied unit for liability reasons.
Guest access

Property Access
Access the property using the gate code and lockbox. For your privacy and safety please keep the gate locked and the doors fully closed at all times.
Always lock the door every time you leave even if stepping out briefly.

Parking is limited to medium-sized cars ONLY. Please avoid parking in a way that blocks the sidewalk, as the City does issue violations for obstructing walkways.
Other things to note

The property has exterior security cameras, and all gates are kept locked.

Noise Guidelines & Quiet Hours
To help maintain a peaceful experience for all:
- 10 PM–7 AM: No sound audible beyond 25 ft for more than 1 minute
- 7 AM–10 PM: Limit sound beyond 50 ft

City-Required Noise Device
This home includes a noise monitoring device per city ordinance.
It alerts guests and the host if noise levels exceed limits.
Data is stored for 180 days and may be provided to the City if required.

The home is located near Sistrunk Blvd, a lively, walkable area with restaurants and nightlife, especially on weekends. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and the home is well-insulated, though some ambient neighborhood activity may still be noticeable.
