Calling all cowgirls (& cowboys)! This single story home is designed with you in mind - it’ll have you feeling like you just walked into the Pink Pony Club with its pink western decor and an amazing location on the border of Tempe and Scottsdale. (3 miles to Old Town)

Close to the airport, this property has the perfect amount of privacy with a beautiful backyard pool (heated by request for November-April stays for an added cost).

Rental worked out perfectly for our bachelorette party! Loved all the decorations and housed everyone well. We loved the pool but were very glad we added the heating last minute, the provided pool floats were appreciated. Communication with the host was very effective and response time was quick.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The home itself has a very cute and unique design concept, and you can tell the host put thought into the decor. However, the overall execution didn’t quite match the expectations set by the listing.One of the main issues was that the pool was not heated as advertised, which was disappointing and impacted our stay. Additionally, we did not receive a check-in code prior to arrival. We were unable to access the property and ultimately had to enter through the backyard, where we found the back door unlocked. This raised some safety concerns.Inside the home, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The sink in the master bedroom did not drain properly, and several cabinets felt sticky to the touch, which made the space feel less clean than expected.While the property has a lot of potential and a very cute aesthetic, there are several areas that need improvement to meet guest expectations. With better communication, maintenance, and attention to detail, this could be a great stay.

Hi Lauren, your feedback is very unfortunate. If you read the property description, you will clearly see it states that the pool will be heated by request for an added cost. You never requested to have the pool heated. You messaged me about the sink not draining, however, I responded and asked if you’d like me to come over and fix it to which you never responded to at all during your stay. The residue on the cabinets must be leftover from peel and stick vinyl that was previously applied. I want to emphasize you messaged me days ahead of time and asked for an early check in, to which I made sure I was prepared by 2 pm (2 hours earlier than my standard 4 pm check in) and I was by my phone during that time to accommodate check in time and anything that might have come up. You arrived sometime close to 4:30, and I only responded 20 min after your initial contact to let you know the code to get in. It is also very unfortunate that you left the linens in the house full of blood and vomit and other stains. Thank you for your stay.
