We always take guest concerns seriously and responded promptly throughout their stay, offering assistance right away and even providing a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We do feel it is important to mention that this guest was very difficult to work with, as multiple complaints were raised over minor items, while some concerns mentioned—such as nearby construction—were completely outside of our control.
It also appeared that expectations were more in line with a luxury 5-star hotel experience, as this was their first time staying in a short-term rental. Our property is not advertised as a hotel or luxury resort. We provide a clean, safe, comfortable, and reasonably priced home for guests seeking value and convenience.
