The cosy holiday apartment Antonio is situated in a well-kept residence with a large communal pool area in a tranquil location near the popular holiday resort of Manerba del Garda, and only a 10 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach. The apartment is on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people in its rooms which consist of a living-dining area, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Facilities of the child-friendly holiday flat also include Wi-Fi, a cable TV and a parking space. Enjoy your meals on the balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. The large community pool in the complex provides some refreshment. Lake Garda (Spiaggia della Rocca), restaurants and bars and a grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance; the centre of Manerba del Garda is only a few minutes away by car. Your landlord, Antonio, lives near the apartment. He is available to answer your questions at any time during your stay and will be happy to give you tips for excursions.



The pool is open between the beginning of April and the end of September. There may be variations depending on the temperatures, thus please ask to confirm accessibility for April, May and September.

Pros: Die Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und dem großen Gemeinschaftspool ist toll. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Auf meinen Wunsch hin wurde zusätzlich zur vorhandenen Nespresso-Maschine ein Espresso-Kocher bereitgestellt, der für mich zu einem Italienurlaub dazugehört. Cons: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung für Feriengäste war etwas düftig. Drei von sechs Stühlen waren defekt, zwei davon nicht benutzbar. In der Küche fehlten einige wesentliche Kleinigkeiten wie ein Teesieb, eine Teekanne, ein Brotkorb, ein scharfes Messer, Salzstreuer, Zuckerdose und weitere Utensilien wie Küchenschaber, Salatbesteck etc. Wir reisten am Samstag abends zu viert an. Im WC war lediglich eine Rolle Klopapier, das war wenig ... Alle Fenster der Wohnung sind mit Fensterläden ausgestattet. In einem der Schlafzimmer konnten die Luken nicht offen arretiert werden, so dass die Luken insbesondere bei Wind immer geschlossen sein mussten (--> Schlafzimmer immer dunkel), weil sie sonst hin und her schlugen. Unser Wunsch, die Arretierung zu reparieren, wurde nicht erfüllt.
