Just outside the village of Artà, the Finca Sa Creu de Saume is an enchanting property with a unique location that promises absolute privacy and an idyllic family holiday. The rural vacation home offers a cosy living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, board games, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area, which awaits you with several terraces and seating areas, a barbecue, a children's playground, a pool as well as comfortable sun loungers and shady parasols. Relax in the hammock and read a good book, refresh yourself in the saltwater pool and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. Surrounded by flowers in dazzling colours and the characteristic masonry of the Mallorcan building, you can spend a relaxing holiday here with a view of the nearby mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3 km or a 4-minute drive away and the beaches of Canyamel and Costa dels Pins are about 12 km from the accommodation.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is heerlijk!

Pros: Eigen zwembad en de ruimte en alle voorzieningen in en om het huis. De hartelijkheid van de eigenaar en alles was brandschoon. We werden volledig ontzorgd en hebben genoten van de rust, de uitgebreide keuken, de goede douche en bedden en de ruimte om het huis. Cons: We hebben het niet als storend ervaren maar er is geen airco dus binnen soms wel wat warm en om naar het strand te gaan is een kwartiertje rijden.

Stijlvol huisje, zeer comfortabel, alles is aanwezig.

Pros: De veranda met tuin en comfortabelfijn schoon zwembad. Voor mensen met kleine kinderen: het zwembad heeft rond de gehele zwembadkant een rand waar ze op kunnen staan als ze niet met de voeten aan de grond kunnen. De eigenaar is er elke ochtend rond 07.00 om het zwembad schoon te maken. Geruisloos. Cons: Kleine opmerking: Er is goede Wifi, maar niet op de slaapkamers.

Pros: Ein wunderschön angelegter Garten. Im Haus alles was man braucht. Perfekt die überdachte Terrasse.

Prachtige villa, mooi schoon en met heel veel privacy

Pros: Ruim huis met fijne ruimtes. Bij aankomst alles heel netjes schoon. Fijn zwembad, wat tijdens verblijf nog meerdere keren werd schoongemaakt door de eigenaar. Door de ligging volledige privacy en een mooi uitzicht over de heuvels en bossen. Toch goede ligging, dichtbij Artà en meerdere strandjes goed te bereiken. Bovendien was het huis enorm goed uitgerust, met barbecue, ligbedden, handdoeken, luchtbed voor in het zwembad en in de keuken alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Zouden zeker terugkomen en raden dit verblijf iedereen aan.

Traumhaft

Pros: Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben zuvor noch nie erlebt, dass die Fotos und Beschreibungen bei der Buchung exakt mit der Realität übereinstimmten. Diesmal war es genau so. Die Finca ist traumhaft schön, rustikal eingerichtet, aber nicht "altbacken". Die Küche ist funktionell und bietet alles an Geräten, Töpfen, Geschirr, etc. was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die nahe Straße hört man nur sporadisch, aber es stört nicht wirklich. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail bepflanzt und dekoriert, sowohl im Garten als auch im Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war dies ein traumhafter Urlaub und wenn man auf Ruhe und Idylle steht, aber nicht allzuweit von einer Stadt mit netter Altstadt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (in dem Fall Artá) entfernt sein möchte, ist diese Finca perfekt (ein Mietauto ist aber unverzichtbar).
