Close to the beautiful coves of Roche in Conil, this newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Mayo, a small complex of 5 independent apartments in a peaceful, family-friendly setting.
It features a living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a private furnished terrace with charcoal barbecue. Accommodates up to 3 guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child), with Wi-Fi and TV. Pool and outdoor areas are available from May to November. The beach is 1.7 km away.
Rules: Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, and loud noise are not allowed. Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Only registered guests may use the facilities. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be offered for an extra fee.

Cons: Quizás ya lo comentamos con, Charo.. Debería haber un ventilador o aire acondicionado, para las altas temperaturas
