Located in the popular holiday region of Cádiz, this home is on the ground floor of Villa Mayo, a holiday house with a total of 5 apartments. It consists of a living room, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), and a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It also includes Wi-Fi and a television.



The property provides a baby bed/cot, and guests are welcome to bring their own, as the bedroom has ample space. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.



Outside, a private, covered, and furnished terrace with a barbecue invites you to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine. Guests also have access to a private pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.



Shops, restaurants, and bars are just a short drive away. The nearest beach, in a quiet little bay, is 1.7 km away (about a 5-minute drive). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.



On-site parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted to use the property’s facilities — no visitors allowed.
