The spacious town house 'Chorlito' is located in the historic fishing district of Conil, at the top of the beautiful stair district. The location is very quiet.

The house has been completely renovated and renovated. The new facility is very modern.

The house has two roof terraces that captivate with their breathtaking views over the town and the Atlantic Ocean and invite you to sunbathe. The main terrace is equipped with sun loungers, awnings and a dining area. There is also a nice outdoor shower to cool off over the roofs of Conil.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a cloakroom, as well as the two bedrooms, each with a very modern bathroom (rainforest shower) "en suite".
The open kitchen and the living and dining area with sea views and another toilet are on the first floor. From the French balcony you have a beautiful view of the alley in the stair district.
Both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.
In the living room you will find a 40 'TV with SAT and DVB-T (German & Spanish), a Blu-Ray player and Dolby Surround system with Bluetooth function.
On the second floor there is also a comfortable seating area with a panoramic view.
The two floors are connected by open stairs.
Free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic cable) is available in the house.
The beach is about 300 m away.

perfectly renovated house / furnishing ; with two caveats

we found the presentation "large roof terrace with shower" misleading because it is not usable as such due to the lack of privacy. A partition between the terraces would help. As a consequence of the central location in the old characteristic part of the city, parking is a disaster.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche im Casa Chorlito. Das Stadthaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum:-) Die Lage im historischen Fischerviertel ist dabei besonders charmant. Sowohl der Strand als auch das Zentrum sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern als auch zur Agentur vor Ort war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Am besten ganz kurz, sonst würde ich nicht wieder aufhören, zu schreiben: es ist alles wie beschrieben und so, wie es die Fotos zeigen. Eine wunderschöne, einwandfreie, saubere Einrichtung. Die Aufteilung und Lage des Hauses tragen sehr zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen bei. Wir wären gern noch viel länger geblieben!!!

Tolles Stadthaus in zentraler Lage

Casa Conil erfüllt alle bzw. übertrifft zum Teil die auf Grundlage der Beschreibung und Fotos gemachten Erwartungen. Die Fewo besticht nicht nur durch ihre neuwertige, sehr gehobene und stilvolle Ausstattung, sondern auch durch ihre unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Die Vermieterin anwortete prompt und sehr freundlich; alles lief problemlos - von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Schlüsselabgabe. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Juwel in der Altstadt

Das Casa Chorlito liegt sehr ruhig im Fischerviertel von Conil und damit sehr zentral. Das äußerst geschmackvoll renovierte Haus besticht durch eine sehr durchdachte Aufteilung und einer puristischen und sehr funktionelle Einrichtung. Die helle Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. In den gemütlichen Betten wird man durch das Rauschen des nahen Meeres sanft in den Schlaf gewiegt. Die beiden Dachterrassen garantieren einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und die weißen Häuser der Stadt. Wir haben uns so richtig wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Urlaub im Stadthaus

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in der Casa Chorlito. Mitten im schönen Fischerviertel von Conil mit seinen engen, weißen Gassen. Wichtiges ist fußläufig erreichbar: Bäcker, Markthalle, Bars, Restaurants, Shops und nicht zu vergessen, der Atlantik. Mal eben schnell runter und in den Wellen toben... Wouw! Das Stadthaus ist modern ausgestattet, hell und geräumig. Jeder Raum hat ein Fenster. Die Aufteilung der beiden Schlafzimmer im kühlen Erdgeschoss mit den En-Suite-Badezimmern ist super gelöst und auch für 4 Personen komfortabel. Die große Dachterrasse ist klasse, mit weiten Ausblicken auf die Küste von Conil, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge inbegriffen!! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist herzlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen Dank und auf jeden Fall bis zum nächsten Mal. Gabriele & Gerardo

Oase der Ruhe mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir (zwei Freundinnen) , haben einen kurzen Urlaub im Casa Chorlito sehr genossen. Es ist das dritte Stadthaus das wir in Conil besucht haben und mit Abstand das Ruhigste. Auch ist es hell, grosszügig und hat einen tollen Blick den wir jeden Abend genossen haben. Nur das ein- odere andere Bild fehlt unserer Meinung nach. Aber das kann ja noch werden:-) Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!
