Finca Can Llobera, built from beautiful natural stone, is set in an idyllic spot on the outskirts of Pollença, at the edge of the Tramuntana mountains, surrounded by olive groves and large oaks. The villa offers a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 7 guests. The house features Wi-Fi, fans in each of the 3 ground-floor bedrooms, satellite TV, and air conditioning in the master bedroom only. A cot and highchair are also provided.



Outside, you’ll find a spacious covered terrace with a long table and an open terrace furnished with a barbecue. A 36 m² pool offers a refreshing escape on hot days, and a furnished rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The centre of Pollença is 3.4 km away (7 minutes by car) and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. Golf lovers will appreciate that a golf course is just 4 minutes away by car. The beach at Port de Pollença is 11 km away, reachable in 13 minutes by car.

Excellent base for a cycling holiday

The property is very well located in beautiful surrounsdings. It has character and charm. The house is very comfortable and the setting idyllic. Our host was also very flexible in allowing a late checkout. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful holiday

The property was perfect - everything we needed with nice little personal touches added to make setting in comfortable. Great location for relaxing in peace and privacy, the property is close to the amenities of Pollença and Port de Pollença and the beaches of Cala San Vicenç. Trips to the airport very easy and quick. We were well looked after by the owner and his delightful family. We will be back.
