Situated on the first floor, the modern apartment decorated in maritime tones consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a table for 8 people, 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed of 1.90 x 2.00), as well as 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, and a cot. In the private outdoor area, you will find a cosy terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the city. The highlight of the property is its spectacular location next to the beach and close to the shops in the centre. A wide variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés are less than 250 metres or a 3-minute walk from the property. Furthermore, the beautiful Playa de Los Bateles is only 100 metres away, ideal for spending long days on the sand and refreshing yourselves in the sea.



Visits from people not included in the reservation are not allowed during your stay, nor are events or parties. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the deposit not being refunded and the reservation being cancelled. Please note that during your stay there may be government regulations regarding water usage, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
