completely renovated townhouse close to the beach and the center of Conil Casa El Patio is a very tastefully renovated townhouse for 6 people in the heart of Conil. If you want to be close to the Spanish lifestyle and the beach, this is your house. It is located in a quiet street in a residential area, and the beach and the old town with its countless restaurants and tapa bars are only a short stroll away. On the ground floor there is a spacious, luminous living room with dining area and kitchen as well as access to a patio with dinig table and a small cloakroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower room. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. From here you have access to a private roof terrace where you can sunbath even in low season. Enjoy the nice view from the even higher second roof terrace. the ideal place for a drink and tapas in the evening.

The house was clean and spacious. Verynice that there are airconditioners and fans.We missed little storage space for loose items and parking was difficult nearby. If you have young children, it is nice that your children sleep in a separate room behind you, a bit further away from the stairwell, a kind of connected family room.

Das Haus lag in einer ruhigen Straße, war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, vom Dachbalkon gab es den Blick aufs Meer, das fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar war. Tolles Haus mit 4 sehr kleinen Schlafräumen, super für 4 Freundinnen

Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage. Zur Innenstadt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub in Conil!

Das Haus ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, so dass fußläufig Strand und Tapas Bars schnell erreichbar sind. Das Haus ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
