Guest access
The apartment is all yours, so you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

Guests have full access to Runaway Beach Club, Calypso Cay Resort, and Holiday Inn amenities, including pools, hot tubs, splash pads, mini golf, and fitness centers.

For security, all guests must complete our Truvi background verification before receiving the gate and door codes. Reservations will be cancelled if the Truvi process is declined.

1-7 nights: $25 per night
8+ nights: $200 total

PET FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE. AFTER BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, A PAYMENT REQUEST WILL BE SENT.
Failure to register a pet will result in a $200 pet fee.
Pets are not permitted in the community`s common areas — thank you for respecting this rule.

NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES:
To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, violations of the no-smoking or no-party policy may result in additional cleaning fees, early termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or charges in accordance with VRBO for Hosts.

* Tampering with Wi-Fi, doorbell, or TV equipment
* Any other similar situations not listed

Stairs & Loft
* 2nd-floor condo with interior stairs to the main floor & stairs to loft.
* Safety gate on the top of the entry stairs and on the top and bottom of loft stairs. It is still the guests responsibility to supervise children at all times.

Cooling / Heating
* Central A/C & heat (68°F min / 73°F max)
* Ceiling fan in bedroom
* When using central A/C & heat, keep doors/windows closed

Housekeeping & Maintenance
* Cleaned before arrival / after departure
* No daily maid service; washer/dryer provided
* Report urgent maintenance immediately. Any non urgent issues will be handled during normal business hours.

Pest Control
* Professional pest control regularly; occasional insects may appear. If there are any concerns please reach out immediately.

Parties
*NO PARTIES or large gatherings. This can result in immediate eviction.
