Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It did not have any cleaning supplies such as a vacuum which would have been nice and the dishwasher was in pretty bad shape and very old. Once we got to the cabin it was beautiful and clean. One of the eyes on the stove didn't work and the bed was hard. But other than that it was a great spot.

The cabin is located in a great area only a 5 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge. My only complaint was the cabin itself when we got there wasn’t very clean. Other than that we had a really good time and would definitely stay there again.
