Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The cabin is located in a great area only a 5 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge. My only complaint was the cabin itself when we got there wasn’t very clean. Other than that we had a really good time and would definitely stay there again.

The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean and available upon our arrival (afternoon). Check-in was easy as access was made via text messages and digital locks on the cabin door. Checkout was as easy as I have ever had at a rental location. Simple instructions for cleaning then a phone call notifying them of your departure.We look forward to returning to Gatlinburg and will definitely consider Elk Springs Resort for our lodging.

I have a child that loves movies and a child that loves games and activities. Both options were available at the cabin. My 13 year old loved the theater system! My 9 year old loved the games- pool table, hot tub and arcade game! Plenty of space and privacy with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. About 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 15 from Gatlinburg. 10 minutes from Grocery store. We really enjoyed our time together here. Will visit again in the future.

We found dirty socks in theater chair and there was a slight smell like something was rotting in the kitchen. I tried locating where the smell was coming from, but couldn’t figure it out. There are things that the resort could do to help visitors out. The downstairs of the cabin does not get heated well, when the upstairs is on fire the kids in the basement are still cold. There are not a hairdryer in the place and salt and pepper would be nice. The cabin, the area all were really nice, I just wish I had been more informed on procedures before hand.

We had plenty of room to sleep for our party of 5 adults and 1 baby, however the main living area didn’t provide enough sitting for us all to gather without some sitting on the floor. Other than that, no complaints except for a very squeaky floor. The top floor was so loud that it would wake the ones on the main floor but we understand this to be an issue with wooden floors. Over all, a great stay with great customer service.
