About the host
Hosted by Joe & Jim
I'm Joe. I split my time between Nashville and Provincetown, and this is my home. I'm a travel advisor by trade, so if you have questions about what to do, where to eat, or how to make the most of your time in Ptown, just ask. My husband Jim and I love this town and take care of this property. You will be well looked after. We respond to messages within the hour.
Why they chose this property
The East End is the quieter, more residential side of Provincetown. It has the best galleries, some of the best restaurants, and it's one block from the beach. Commercial Street runs through it, so you have access to everything, but you're not in the middle of the noise.
We chose this specific property because of the street. Bangs is one of the prettiest blocks in town. The front porch faces it directly. In the summer, you can sit there in the morning with coffee and watch the whole neighborhood come to life.
The East End also puts you close to the National Seashore, which is some of the most protected and beautiful coastline on the East Coast. It's a short bike ride.

What makes this property unique
Most rentals in Provincetown are carved-up Victorian houses with thin walls and shared everything. This unit was built new within a six-unit association. Everything in it is new: the kitchen, the bathrooms, the fixtures, the furnishings. The 2.5 bathrooms matter when you have four people. So does the dedicated parking space.
The two porches are rare for a unit this size. The front porch is the better one. It faces the street and gets the morning light. The back porch is private.
The location is specific. One block to the beach. Walking distance to the gallery district, the restaurants, and the bars. Close enough to everything that you don't need a car once you're here.
