Relax in your private home theater room with 9 foot screen and 6 leather reclining theater seats or perhaps sit in your own private Gazebo. Enjoy a pool table, hot tub and free wireless internet. This cabin was featured in Knoxville's City View Magazine due to it's unique design and luxury furnishings!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Sunset Chalet Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful. The location was great. The only issue was cleanliness. There was dust, hair, and dirt on counters, in tubs, and bathroom sinks. One bedroom had stains on the top sheet. Once there are stains, just throw it away. The amount of money charged for the cabins is enough to buy new linen and towels.

I overall had a good stay. The beginning of the stay was horrible when we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned it was late and we had to find a hotel to stay for the night as the beds were not made. We did reach out to both the host and VRBO. I will say VRBO costumer service was awful. The host was top notch had someone right out to clean the cabin and make it right. I would recommend the cabin overall and stay again if we came back to the area using the host.
