Experience the pinnacle of luxury at "Wine Down," a Luxe style Gatlinburg cabin with stunning 180 degree mountain views. Easy access with paved roads and flat parking you are minutes from the Arts and Crafts Community and the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park. Avoid the crowds yet easily access downtown Gatlinburg, Bent Creek Golf Course, shopping and Grocery, and the National Park.

Maximum occupancy in Wine Down is 8 guests and due to the high end furnishings and electronics we cannot make an exception to this policy. (3 suites and 1 sleeper sofa in loft)

Wine down is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with king master suites. Each suite is on it's own level and the cabin features a game room with pool table and a 60" TV.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Large cabin with a great view of the Smokies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin provided lots of space and activities for the family. Great views of the Smokey Mountains. Great kitchen to prep and make meals daily. Recommend you get groceries or any takeout before heading to the resort cabin as the location is secluded and 20 minutes away from Gatlinburg. There are 2 bedrooms in the basement of the cabin and primary suite on the top floor, so keep that in mind if travelling with kids and the distance between rooms. We had issues with a few things in the cabin on the evening we checked in, but Elk Springs did send maintenance out that same evening to fix. The BBQ starter needed replacing and the base of the furnace was overflowing with water and leaking water through the fan in the bathroom below. Maintenance stayed later into the evening until both issues fixed. Some outstanding repairs still needed to be done by the time we left, but I'm sure were addressed after we left. Customer Service pretty quick with communication, but no reimbursement on any inconveniences for maintenance issues or repairs while we ere there. All in all, cabin was clean, presentable and can be a good place to relax and unwind up in the mountains.

Excellent vacation rental!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented Wine Down for 7 night this past June. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was outstanding. Called Elk Springs a couple times before out trip and they easily accommodated our questions. From the easy check in to check out, we had no issues. The house was just beautiful inside and outside, and we certainly enjoyed all the decks facing the 180 degree mountain view. The view was just breathtaking!! So worth the rental. We found the cabin to be very clean and it had all the accommodations for a comfortable stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the spacious kitchen with all the necessary kitchen appliances (even 2 separate ovens which we used) and all utensils. The large industrial double wide refrigerator and freezer was appreciated and we easily filled it up. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The cabin was beautifully decorated too. It easily accommodated our family of 6. An extra bonus was that we saw a momma bear with her 2 cubs just right outside the cabin three times. So exciting!! Two of the times we were outside of the cabin and the bears were only about 20 feet away from us (we quickly re-entered the cabin) and the other time about 30 feet away (we quickly got in our vehicles but they just darted back into the woods). A couple of times they checked the trash can but they are bear proof.The only thing is that I wish there was some trash pickup. With a family of 6 for a week, the trash cans were extremely full. Just a heads up, the drive up the mountain to the cabin has a fairly steep ascent with a couple hairpin turns. It was a rather intimidating drive that we had to learn to navigate but the cabin is so beautiful and the mountain views from the decks are so amazing, it was so worth it. We loved our stay and have a lot of great enjoyable memories now. I would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort and this particular cabin.

I felt like the cleaners rushed to clean the cabin. It was like the were short people cause the tops of alot of stuff was dusty. The jets in the tubs were dirty cause my wife wanted to take a Jacuzzi bath but didn't want to get in it. But the cabin was very nice and I would stay there again. And our friends really liked it. Good value.

Lodge Experience + Awesome views + Privacy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the house felt like a lodge more than a cabin. Seriously, lots of space for families. Nice kitchen. Rear deck, furniture and gas fireplace offered incredible views and a quiet place to relax. The game room was hours of fun for the kids (and adults too!). Rooms have big windows with instagram worthy pics. You wake to wide views of mountain peaks in the master bedroom bed. All the beds were soft, clean and very comfortable. Wood fireplace worked flawlessly. The hot tub was the only area where it was dated and seemed to need a chem treatment since the top didn’t attach firmly and was low on water when we arrived.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was in a great location. Beautiful mountain view and not another cabin in view. Came complete with bears! Only negative was no bedroom on main level as I’m disabled. Primary suite with walk-in shower is on third level. Cabin was well equipped. Gas range was a plus as was separate refrigerator and freezer. Away from huge tourist crowds but easily accessible to Hwy 321, artisan community and Gatlinburg.
