Well supplied kitchen. Suggest to add some crab crackers, medium size ice chest, and maybe some fishing gear to fish in the beautiful canal in the back. We fed fresh water to a manatee in the canal.

Property is just how listed. Very clean. Host communication was great. We had our 25 foot boat and canal was easy access and dock was great. Beds were comfortable and patio area was nice!

The first day we checked in I noticed the sun sail that was pictured was not installed. I found it in a storage room but there was no ladder to install it myself. I called the host and she said there was nothing she could do. She had taken it down due to winds a few weeks prior. This left us with no shade in the outdoor space. I asked if she could bring an umbrella for the out door patio set and she said she would reach out to her husband and let me know but she never returned my call. There was a cushion missing from one of the pieces of outdoor furniture. The mattress frame for the sofa bed was bent so the head of the bed didn’t line up currently and the head drooped. The door pull for the back slider fell off the first day and the house didn’t have a screw driver to fix it properly. The string of lights on the back patio didn’t work. It wasn’t plugged in to a power source so we bought and extension cord for it and the bulbs were all burned out except one. The house didn’t come with any steak knife’s. The house had hard water and stained several of our items orange in the washing machine. I never received a call back from the property manager on any issues but today I received a request for 500 for an extra cleaning fee. I am appalled as we left the house clean and empty. The good things about the house are that all of the neighbors were super great and nice. The weather was perfepressure was good. House is located in a fun area.
