Waterfront Aviation Florida Keys Vacation Rental 9104

This is a beautiful home centrally located in the Florida Keys. It has just been completely renovated and everything is brand new. It is located on a deep water canal with easy Gulf and Ocean access. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a pull out couch in the living room. It is duplex unit on stilts with covered parking. If you have a large family, you can rent both units. There is also a beautiful, spacious screened in balcony overlooking the canal. It is fully furnished with a TV in each room as well as the living room. We have Cable, WiFi, and a phone line. We also have a brand new concrete dock with a fish cleaning table and ladders for swimming. We have a BBQ grill for the fresh fish you catch during your stay, and the kitchen is also fully furnished.

Perfect and clean!

We had an amazing time, we had manatees almost daily at the dock, a ton of parrotfish and lots of snapper for the kids to catch! The apartment was perfectly stocked, clean, and very convenient to everything! We will definitely be back. Our only issue was that we couldn’t stay any longer! Booking was simple and the staff we spoke to was super helpful!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED I N THE KEYS!!!

OWNERS ARE INCREDIBLE! ABSOLUTE BREEZE TO BOOK AND WONDERFUL HOSTS! All you need in the keys,! Location is great, spacious home with great screened porch and all the amenities we needed for our week long trip and more.. Canal access was great, lots of sea life. I cannot wait to return and will be booking again! P.S. If we knew in advance they have connections on a fishing charter we would have booked that with them as well!!! I am a frequent home renter in Marathon and this place is perfect!

Roomy and comfortable

We had a nice week at the property - rented both sides of the duplex. Plenty of room for everyone and kitchen well equipped. Lots of fridge space - even a deep freeze downstairs. Dock was deep water and easy to get in and out of. Only downside at the time of our stay was main TV broke ( owner ordered a new on right away) and there was construction across the canal that took away from the ambiance. Would recommend especially to boaters.

The owner lives next door. Shes was very accomodating. I would definately return.

First of all, for most, your in the keys for fishing. This place was centralized in all the activities we did where it be the aquarium, go for dinner or fishing.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place with full kitchen! Loved the huge screened in patio- was great for morning coffee and iguana watching! Perfect central location in the Keys- took a day trip to Key West! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Nice place to stay. Close to highway 1 for easy travel up and down the Keys. Loved the screened in porch to sit and relax after a day of activites. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place!

This is a very comfortable and well furnished home. The beds were awesome and we all slept well. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there and the property owners were friendly and quick to respond to any messages we sent. We spent many hours just relaxing on the screened in balcony and I hope our laughter didn't disturb anyone nearby. lol If you rent this place keep in mind that there's an airport next door. Two of us liked the sound of the jets and planes and the other two didn't mind so it was no big deal. ;-) In all we really enjoyed our stay here. :)

Brand new apartment! My hosts were amenable and so gracious. Apartment is clean, bright, and well decorated. Very close to shopping and the main highway. Ms. Meyers was attentive to detail and very accommodating. The neighborhood is safe,quiet, and near local restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a boat as well! There is a great dock with lots of space. The Meyers family is well connected in the community and can offer advice to tourists and their interests. Will definitely return!

I was born and raised here in Marathon, FL. My brother and father are both charter boat captains, so we have Charters available as well. I own a hunting/fishing clothing company called Splittin Hairs Outdoors. I also work as a substitute teacher in Monroe County, and do book keeping for Silent Hunter Fishing. I got my Bachelors degree in Miami and currently reside in Key Largo, with family in Marathon.

This is a beautiful property right on the water. We could not pass it up, and would like to share the beauty with people traveling in our area!
