The welcoming space features a Renovated fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters and a breakfast bar. The furnishings are clean & new. The beds are comfy & the bathrooms boast stylish tile. There is indoor & outdoor dining. This house has a screened-in porch, which is a rare find on St. George Island. Dedicated beach access is directly in front of the house.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed & beautifully renovated, modern en-suite bathroom, TV, & amazing Gulf views.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV, & beautiful Gulf views.

Bedroom 3: twin bunks & TV.

The 2nd bathroom is in the hall between Bedrooms 2 & 3.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this brilliant house offers a cozy retreat. Experience what St. George Island has to offer with a stay at our house. This house is located in golf cart friendly side of the island and is along the biking path and close to restaurants and shops.

Please note there are exterior security cameras to monitor the outside of this home. When booking, kindly indicate accurate number of guests and whether you plan to bring a dog so we can properly plan for your stay.

The property is renovated and provides the perfect beach escape! Dog friendly and easily accessible beach distance. The kitchen provides everything you need for your stay! Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. The screened in porch was our favorite for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Host was responsive and provided excellent communication!

This property is amazing! The ocean views from every window and close walk to the beach was fabulous! Our doodle had a fenced in backyard that was perfect. We could not have found a more perfect, clean beach house!! It is exactly as described and the pictures don’t do it justice!!! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was spotless! The screened-in porch and open decks were wonderful places to relax and view the gulf. The kitchen had all we needed and was easy to work in. The large fenced in yard was perfect for the pups.The location was great and within golf cart range. We will definitely return.

Beautiful beach house that has been thoughtfully renovated to meet guests needs. We stayed one week and had everything we needed. Open floor plan is great for entertaining and large dining table has plenty of seating. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you decide to eat in. Wonderful screened porch with amazing view to the beach with plenty of seating. Very pet friendly with a fenced back yard (hard to find). Extremely clean also. We definitely recommend this house.

This house was great! It was very clean upon arrival and perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in and store food for the week. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our family with little kids. They loved the screened in porch and bunkbeds as well. Would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

We love the view from every window. The house sits on 1/3 of an acre with a direct path to the beach in front of the house. We like the close proximity to restaurants & stores, being along the bike path, & walking distance to the bay.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of its screened-in porch with sweeping Gulf views. Also, the house has a fenced backyard for your pup. Both of these features are rare at St. George Island. Another rarity is the scale of the renovation. This house is beautifully renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker & Keurig; nice cooking ware, spices, and a pantry to store guests items.
