Pearl's Place is named after our beloved family lab who you'll see adorning the cabin. She's a great gal, who loves the water, and fetching all the things. She hopes you enjoy your time at her little slice of Heaven.

Cozy place with a very rustic feel, very nice deck space to hang out, especially with the hot tub. Whole place feels nicely secluded away from everyday life. Good place to get away.

We had no access to the property and had a long wait before we could get in. Verbo didn't have access and the owner was on a plane. This should have been disclosed before the trip. The listing didn't explain the large amount of low ceilings and entryways. We didn't knowing how the lights worked in the living room and one lamp was out. Contacted the owner about bulbs he gave us the code for the closet but we couldn't find them. He later texted a cleaner would be out in the morning. It could have been figured out without anyone coming. We work 3rd shift and I had only had an hour sleep when she showed up. The owner called woke me up at 9:48am and said he gave her permission to enter the house while we were not aware. In no way is this okay. I got a text at 9:30am telling me she was on her way and would be there in 15, I was asleep. Her first comment to me as she came in at about 9:50 am was "must be nice to sleep in this late", very disrespectful!!! I told her that there was a lot of bugs alive and dead, one place being in the refrigerator she removed a few and blamed previous guests for leaving the doors open letting them in. The BIGGEST ISSUE was the black mold in the bathroom she told me it was "just water spots" NO there is a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the shower. This is unacceptable, the guarantee is a joke we were given a little key cash as compensation. This should not be listed until the mold is professionally addressed. Not happy at all, never again.

The cabin was emasculate and the host interaction was spot on. Enjoyed the view and the quiet atmosphere to wind down and even host a little family dinner. It was amazing all the way around!
