Great view. Close to the beach, close to the park, close to the boardwalk and strip. Just a great location. Place was clean and exactly as it was in the pictures. Was stocked with towels, soap, TP, detergent, dish soap...you name it and it was already there. Michael was awesome host, very accommodating and easy to contact. Great value. We will definitely be back!

This open, inviting space includes a cozy sofa, Smart TV, and sliding doors that let in natural light and lead to your private patio/balcony. The living room also features a 6-person dining area, perfect for meals or game nights.

🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, with essential cookware, dishes, a Nespresso machine, a regular coffee pot, kid-friendly dining items, and a reverse osmosis water filter for fresh, purified drinking water. Bar seating makes it easy to enjoy casual meals or morning coffee and a full washer and dryer are located in this area.

🛌 Bedroom One:
The primary bedroom features a king bed with fresh linens, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. It also includes a dedicated desk and a bookcase stocked with books for guests to enjoy. An attached full bathroom—supplied with essentials and plush towels—offers added privacy and convenience.

🌅 Private Porch:
Enjoy a peaceful outdoor space with seating for four at the dining table and two additional hightop chairs—perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

You’ll be a short walk from the beach and have access to the community pool and a shared outdoor shower by the pool area. Two free parking spots are located right outside the building, and the stocked beach closet—including chairs, umbrellas, and children’s beach games—makes trips to the shore effortless.

This bedroom features a bunk bed with two double mattresses with fresh linens, blackout curtains, and a dresser. The closet is stocked with board games,and the room also includes a free arcade machine with Pac-Man and other classic games. This room has direct access to the second full bathroom, which is fully stocked with essentials and towels.
