70 Springwood Villas is a spacious 1500 sq ft one story, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo that has a lot to offer for your vacation to Hilton Head Island! Two parking spaces: 1 reserved space and 1 additional parking spot, first come first served right outside your door for easy loading and unloading to start your vacation stress free!

As you enter this beautiful newly renovated condo you are greeted with the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. Just past the kitchen is the relaxing living area, furnished with sleeper sofa. Watch a movie on the 60' cable TV. The patio slider door is off the living room that leads out to the patio and an easy quick walk to the community pool! Board games are provided for kid and family fun!

This one-story condo sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms each configured an en-suite bathroom and the queen-size sofa bed located in the living room.

Rest easy in the Master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower

The second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is appointed with a queen and a twin trundle bed and a box TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a tub/shower combination.

Dine alfresco on the private patio, outfitted with table seating for two. Walk right out back of the condo to the walkway to the pool - Very easy access!!!

Condo is great for kids! It is a very short walk to Celebration Park where you find the Pirate Ship Playground and Children's Play Museum. Community Pool has a 1 ft kiddie pool. Short walk (12 min) to the beach and Coligny plaza for restaurants and shopping.

Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.
