Main Level: Two king-sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.

Smart Lock for Self Check-in. Door code is sent the day before check-in, only with signed rental agreement and a credit card on file for security deposit (hold, not a charge).

Tip: Bring extra supplies for longer stays.

Policies to Note:
Smoking: Strictly prohibited (indoors and decks). $500 fee if violated.
Pets: Not allowed due to severe allergies. $250 minimum charge for violations.

Guests: Max 20 occupants. Additional guests: $100/night per person.
