The property was just as pictured, beautiful. Clean, cozy and just perfect. The water view was amazing. Great spot to fish! The host was very accommodating and helpful.Spent only a few nights, but would love to spend a week here.

Rose’s River Retreat is a hidden gem. It is an adorable, comfortable, nicely updated waterfront cabin. I could spend all day gazing at the river and enjoying a good book while my husband and son went fishing in kayaks. A bonus—the beds were surprisingly very comfortable—I slept so well! We will certainly stay again the next time we are up in the area!

This place is adorable! State of the art cute house , very new with all the modern comforts and conveniences one could want! The property is immaculate, comfy bed, and the river views are stunning! We really enjoyed nights by the fire pit, grilling on the deck, watching fishermen float by, and seeing a bald eagle soar down the river! State game lands across the road, beautiful for hiking. Property is Easy to get to, good wifi and cell signal. Would definately come back! Ps. be sure to visit Amanda’s bar and grill down the road. Great people, food and cheesecake to die for! Thanks will! :)

Brilliant property set in an idyllic setting. The owner was also a pleasure and very responsive in addressing questions I had. I’d highly recommend it relative to other venues in the area. Great value for what you get.

Wil runs a very clean and inviting property! The view is great! Pennsylvania State game lands behind the property and the West Branch of the Delaware River in front of the property. Sitting on the front porch or by the fire pit offer a great view of the river and mountains.The cabin itself is brand new and immaculately clean. Kitchen has the basic appliances and tools we needed. Barbecue grill on the front porch. Wil checked in on us via the website messenger just to see how it was going, even let us in slightly early. The ONLY drawback is the highway noise from the New York side of the area if you are looking for a more remote feeling, but it is not outrageously close by any means.I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes the outdoors!

I think the property was very modern and clean. It’s obviously very new. I have no complaints about the amenities or the place itself. I think it’s absolutely lovely. The only thing I would recommend is a little better description on how to get in. The keypad lock is tricky if you’re not used to that type of device since it’s not only that you have to get a code, but you have to also hit another button in a certain sequence. Explaining that in the welcome instructions would be helpful especially because during a night arrival it can be confusing if you’re even at the right place or at the right door when that code doesn’t work at first. This is a very minor point but would just be helpful But I can’t stress enough, how well thought out the design and the amenities are of this place. Also, the environment was super peaceful being right on the river. I wish that my son and I had more time to spend at this location. Anyone who stays here will absolutely be very pleased.

The views from the deck are stunning! The gas grill made cooking quick and easy, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! The bed was very comfortable. Will is an amazing host, he answered all my questions quickly. We are already planning our next trip to the amazing home!

This property is awesome! The new fishing kayaks are a really great addition, the seats are the most comfortable I've ever been on in a kayak, canoe, or rowboat. The host is amazing and very timely with responses, and was able to help with some minor issues around the house. The property itself is very comfortable, the deck is huge and it's a really nice lookout spot, and the river view is beautiful. I would highly recommend it if you're a fan of nature (especially if you're a fly fisherman) or just looking to get away!
