With two and a half bathrooms offering both showers and a bathtub, guests enjoy plenty of comfort and convenience. Stay cool with air conditioning or cozy up with heating from central HVAC or a gas fireplace, whatever the season calls for.

Centrally location in the South San Jose area with easy access to a variety of grocery stores (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Lucky and Safeway among others) as well as a number of other stores. Very close to BART (10 min walk or 3 min drive) and Caltrain (10 min drive) stations as well as approx. 30 min train ride to Levi's Stadium.

Fantastically located in the South Bay Area with a variety of sight seeing within a 4 hour drive..... some of which includes Santa Cruz Beach/Mountains and Gilroy (approx. 30 min), San Francisco, Monterey/Big Sur and Half Moon Bay (approx. 1 hour), Napa and Sonoma (approx. 1.5 hours) as well as Lake Tahoe and Yosemite (approx. 3-4 hours) among a variety of other choices.

Great access to hiking and biking trails (Coyote Creek Trail and Communications Hill) very close by. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this terrific townhouse provides a fabulous base for your stay. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.
