The holiday rental is situated away from any hustle and bustle, with a location near the old town centre—featuring historic trees and buildings—close to the harbour and not far from the Bodden. Cycling enthusiasts and walkers in particular will appreciate the location.

The underfloor heating on the ground floor creates a pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room, combined with high-quality furnishings and meticulous attention to detail, leaves nothing to be desired for your holiday.
The south/southwest-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality teak garden furniture, invites you to linger.
The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom features a double sink with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack; the washing machine with an integrated dryer is located there.
The adjoining bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed; the window offers a view of Wustrow’s oldest house, the Fischlandhaus, which gave this holiday rental its name and is renowned for its exhibitions and small concerts.

The upper floor, with its sloping ceilings, is incredibly cosy and features a double bed and plenty of space to relax even during the day. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view over “old” Wustrow all the way to the Bodden. This bedroom is open to the living area.

The holiday rental includes a parking space and a lockable storage shed; Wi-Fi access is free. A travel cot and a high chair are also provided free of charge.
