This cozy 60 m² holiday home in Ahrenshoop welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and heating for year-round comfort. The house is quietly located in a bungalow community, just 350 meters from the sea and 70 meters from the picturesque dune forest.



Children and dogs can play safely in the 600 m² fenced private garden. The covered terrace with barbecue is perfect for relaxing outdoor meals. A new carport is available for your car or bicycles.



A parking space is located directly at the house on the property. Pets are warmly welcome. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Shops are 1,000 meters away. The charming artists’ village of Ahrenshoop is nearby, nestled between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea on the beautiful Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The spa town of Wustrow is also close. The location offers direct access to nature – only a bike and footpath lies between the house and the beach.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Pros: Bei der Unterkunft fühlt man sich wie bei Freunden zu Hause und nicht wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Man merkt, das die Wohnung auch vom Vermieter und seiner Familie selbst genutzt wird - sie ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Der Kamin setzt noch das I-Tüpfelchen in Sachen Gemütlichkeit. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und versucht, Probleme schnellstmöglich zu klären/beseitigen. Cons: Die Zufahrtsstraße besteht aus unzähligen Schlaglöchern - für Fahrradfahrer eine echte Herausforderung. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. ;-)
