The check in process was very smooth, we were able to check in early. The communication with Reuven was very prompt. It was a great house, plenty of space for our group, the A/C worked well and we liked using the backyard grill and firepit. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you Reuven!

Had a great 6 night stay at this property. The place was clean and as advertised. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere, I-5 was close to get to LA or San Diego. Also a short trip to Laguna Beach and the PCH. Host was very helpful and friendly. Zero issues, definitely will keep this property in mind for other visits in the future.

The location of this property is central to the Anaheim area. The backyard is relaxing and was an oasis for our group. The home was clean and our host deserves a five star rating! Excellent communications and wonderful to work with.

Upon check-in, the place was clean. Unfortunately, that's about the last good thing I can say about this place. The carpet was disgusting. The beds were nearly unsleepable as the mattresses sucked - all of them. The couches were not much better, as they were undersized for the space and did not offer great comfort. Relaxing at this house was not really an option. Avoid this one as I can't imagine anyone finding this pace acceptable. A few small investments would make for a massive improvement in overall experience. Currently, its a dive.

Appearances are Deceiving…Our stay at this Laguna Hills property was less than satisfactory. The location was excellent, the house spacious enough for a family of five, with parking, 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, and an outdoor patio. The VRBO photos looked very good and the host was responsive, so despite a disagreement on the quoted price, we reserved the property. Our first and lasting impression was that the property was tired and in need of refreshment. The appliances were relatively new and worked fine. The AC and hot water worked as you would expect, but the furnishings and furniture, overall cleanliness, and kitchen supplies left room for improvement. With several steps up and down between rooms and second story bedrooms, we would not recommend the property for aging adults. The host has been provided with a list of our recommendations to improve the experience for future guests.
