Ground-floor vacation apartment with a large garden and access to the Waldnaab

This stylish 66-square-meter studio with a balcony is located on the top floor of a building that also houses two other holiday apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Amenities include a washing machine, bed linens and towels, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dishes, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

From the house, you have direct access to a 1,500-square-meter park-like property right on the Waldnaab River. Here, you’ll find table tennis, badminton, a barbecue area, two pavilions with seating areas, one lounge bed, and additional loungers available for free use.

For water sports on the Waldnaab, 2 Kolibri inflatable boats and a pedal boat (each accommodating 4 people), as well as 2 stand-up paddleboards, are available for a usage fee.

A heated hot tub for up to 4 people, as well as two e-bikes, are available for a usage fee.

The immediate surroundings are ideal for hiking and biking (e.g., the Bocklradweg trail). E-bikes can be rented through the Upper Palatinate Forest Tourism Centre in Neustadt.
