Modern, classic San Diego Home: close to everything..
Beaches, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Downtown, shopping, hiking, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. Great back yard with new BBQ grill, rooms are large and airy and there is a doggy door available. Up-graded amentities: TV's and work spaces in bedrooms and a TV in the kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi and all new appliances! Tesla/adaptive charger and work out space available upon request. Will work to accommodate guests check in and/or check out times.

I am a Special Education teacher. I have lived in San Diego for twenty five plus years and am a world traveler but am always happy to come home to sunny San Diego. I have two sons, the residence is not a business but rather a home to help fund their college education. I am grateful the house can be utilized by guests to enjoy San Diego. I love being able to make recommendations for guests about all available to do as well as am a foodie and can recommendations for varied restaurants.

The neighborhood is quiet and at the end of the street is a park for families. The residence is centrally located and within 10 - 20 minutes of all local attractions off the 805 and 5 freeways.

The residence is family and pet friendly and what makes it unique is all the additional kitchen appliances, laundry needs and fenced in yard.
