Plenty of parking available. House was very clean and communication with host was excellent. Thought the code was for big garage door instead of small side door, but figured it out. Neighborhood was a concern for some of ourr party. Yard needed some work.

The inside of the house was freshly renovated & clean. The only thing we had concerns about was the neighborhood. A few of the houses on the street were very run-down. The neighborhood didn’t seem very safe. We were very glad we could park our cars in the garage.

We lived here ourselves for months with zero issues, and objective safety data confirms our block sits in a secure, multi-block radius free of property crime. As the premier estate here, we have a tight-knit neighborhood watch with long-term residents who actively look out for the property. We engineered this home as a secure oasis: a private, oversized 2-car garage with direct interior access, plus front/back Ring cameras for 360° perimeter monitoring for absolute peace of mind.

The Gem City Farmhouse was such a beautiful home for myself and friends to stay while volunteering at the AMEN Free Clinic in Dayton, Ohio. The communication from the host and also the owner was impeccable! And the house looks in person just what you see in the pictures listed, very beautiful home, thank you again!
