The living area offers a fun set of vinyl to spin on the provided record player, and a guitar if you're so inclined. Outside there's a fire pit area with wood provided to enjoy. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, this home strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment.

If you want to enjoy a country retreat near the Tri-Cities, this is a great option. We loved that each room has its own private bathroom in addition to a powder room off the living room. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated with a country feel. It offers a separate building that houses the pool table, but sadly, we didn’t get a chance to use it. Be aware the the countryside comes with mourning doves and train whistles. If you want to be away from the touristy parts of town, this is the place to rent. Grab a book from the well-stocked bookshelf and gather around the outdoor fireplace. The host, Amber, was wonderful at communication.

The past two years have been spent remodeling my father in laws home into this fun retreat for you to enjoy. We've been adding amenities and creative spaces to bring in the best parts of our travels.

What makes this property unique

We're rural, where you can wake up in the morning, have your coffee on the covered patio area, and hear the neighborhood chickens getting ready for their day. In the evenings enjoy a peaceful outdoor fire, and wander into the pool hall for a fun game, a movie, or just an extra hang out spot.
