Welcome to the Birdhouse! This single family home is centrally located near downtown shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 3 minutes from Avera Mckennan Hospital and 4 minutes from Sanford Hospital, this home is ideal for medical professionals or visitors who need convenient access to healthcare facilities. Coming into town for a concert? We are only 9 minutes from the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Located on a quiet street in an established neighborhood, you will feel right at home.

Upon entering this lovely home, you will be greeted by a cozy living room with comfortable furnishing. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area that seats four people. Work remotely from the desk in the three season's room that welcomes in tons of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, baking sheets, a plethora of spices, a full coffee bar, and much more. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor, and a bathroom and bonus room in the basement where you can relax and listen to records. Enjoy the covered patio in the backyard equiped with a gas grill and a fire pit for tons of outdoor enjoyment.

You will have access to the whole house with a driveway so you won't have to park on the street.
