This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. The hot tub and game room spaces were a huge hit with the kiddos! We will be back for sure! This is a clean and cozy rental!

Grreat stay

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

Hidden Gem in the perfect spot!

Pictures don't do this home justice! The place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Sioux Falls. The large kitchen, living room, and hot tub were super! While the location is close to downtown it is far enough away to feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was great communication from the hosts who were always quick to reply and offer suggestions. Thanks Matt & Rachel!

Perfect spot for a getaway.

I'm terrible at writing timely reviews but my wife and I stayed here back in September 2023 while we were on our 5th anniversary trip back to Montana where we got married. Overall the place was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'll add that the hottub was a nice bonus, especially after a few days of long drives!

Great stay!

The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

Enjoyed the overnight stay and home. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. The rear Parking area was wet and muddy so suggest to put down some pea gravel or concrete for ease of unloading.

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and family.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Why they chose this property

I love this property because the location is perfect and it is newly renovated. The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away. The Lounge is close to: the Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Midco Arena, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

I love the 86" TV for games on Sundays, the fenced in back yard for the 4 legged family members, and the hot tub to relax.
