The Space:

The apartment has it's own entrance, a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 nightstands, full bathroom, living area, queen sized pull out sofa and a lovely courtyard.



Cleanliness has always been at the top of mind for each of our homes as shown in our previous reviews but it’s even more critical now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. We understand that homes have become a place of shelter, and the future of travel will rely on a new comfort zone, with the privacy and benefits of a home away from home, without crowds. This home is a great space for a staycation, a work from home alternative as well as for families. We want to ensure your health and safety when staying at this home so we want you to understand the necessary measures that we are taking in response to cleanliness during this pandemic: Our professional cleaning crew is wearing protective gear while they clean, ventilating all rooms before, during and after the cleaning, washing hands thoroughly before and after the cleaning, they are cleaning and then disinfecting all surfaces including door knobs, keypads, railings, light switches, remote controls and thermostats just to name a few. These are just a few of the precautions we are taking to ensure your safety while staying in this beautiful listing. When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This icon is a great way to see the city, with easy access to the blue and green trolley lines from the apartment.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished house!

Please note that with such a great central location you will hear some traffic noise from the nearby highway.



This rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of our neighbors or neighborhood wellbeing. We will not tolerate any noise complaints and we will be immediately alerted in case of violations.
