With the 3 bedroom option all bedrooms are upstairs, with 4th bedroom add-on option the extra suite is downstairs. Other rooms include a modern spacious kitchen with large center island, large living/dining area with TV, separate media room with 85 inch big screen, office and laundry room all on first floor. On this same level is a spacious front porch with beautiful sunrises overlooking the bay. Excellent place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or relaxing outdoors. Up the grand staircase you will find a large primary bedroom with a king-size bed including a large private bath with wet bar and sitting area. Down the hall are 2 additional bedrooms and a very large full bathroom with shower and tub. It can also be accessed through the house. Please note: Unless separately rented, the owner may retain access to this separate, private portion of the home. This area is completely closed off from the guest space, and the owner will not enter or access your private area at any time during your stay.
